Inclusive

Vat, customs clearance, import duties where applicable

Delivery & collection

NO collections!
All parts are delivered by Courier Guy, tracking number and pin provided.
Local parts: 2 to 3 business days
Import parts: 10 to 18 business days

Payment

We only accept EFT payments

Refunds

We will process a refund only if we are unable to supply the required part.

Exchanges

Returns & exchanges are possible if:

✔ The wrong part was shipped
✔ The part has manufacturing defectives
✔ The part is not as described

Warranties

Mechanical parts: 1-year manufacturers defects only
Electrical/electronic: NO warranty
All other new parts: NO warranty
