No VIN, No Quote! A valid VIN is required for us to provide accurate pricing and stock availability.​

Formal quote: valid for 7-business days from date issued.
Whatsapp: All pricing provided via Text message are valid for 24-hours from time issued

Inclusive

Vat, customs clearance, import duties where applicable

Delivery & collection

NO collections!
All parts are delivered by Courier Guy, tracking number and pin provided.
Local parts: 2 to 3 business days
Import parts: 10 to 18 business days

Payment

We only accept EFT payments

Refunds

We will process a refund only if we are unable to supply the required part.

Exchanges

Returns & exchanges are possible if:

✔ The wrong part was shipped
✔ The part arrives damaged or defective
✔ The part is not as described

Warranties

Mechanical parts: 1-year manufacturers (defects only)
Electrical/electronic: NO warranty
All other parts: NO warranty
